Antisocial personality
A person id said to possess antisocial personality has an inability to conform to the social norms that normally govern different aspects of a person’s adolescent and adult behavior. Although it is characterized by continual antisocial or criminal acts, it is not synonymous with criminality.
People possessing antisocial personality often suffer from antisocial personality disorder. They usually appear to be normal, quite charming and ingratiating. However , they are involved in lying, thefts, truancy, running away from home, fights, substance abuse, and illegal activities are typical experiences that patients report as beginning in childhood. Persons possessing antisocial personality disorder are highly representative of so-called con men. Those with this disorder do not comply to any conventional standard of morality. Promiscuity, child abuse, spousal abuse, and drunk driving are common events in their lives. A notable feature is they appear to lack a conscience and sense of morality.
