Bereavement
Life is a journey through all unpredictable events. In the journey, we lose many of our close confidants, whom we have perceived to a part indispensable part of our life. When we encounter such an event, we generally face an overload of emotions can affect us. The term bereavement refers to the period of grief and mourning that occurs after a death of close ones, near and dear one. When someone grieves, it is a part of the normal process of reacting to the personal loss that one have faced. One might experience grief in different way, for example, a mental, social, physical, or emotional reaction that occurs. Mental reactions during grieving include anger, guilt, sadness, anxiety, and despair.
