Birth right
Birth right refers to certain rights or privileges that one is bestowed with by the virtue of their birth. Birth rights of an individuals can be of several types. When a person is born in a family, there are certain privileges which he or she may enjoy because of being a part of the family, this refers to the birth right of the person. As per different human right wings of the society, when we are born in the universe, as humans, we should be bestowed with the right to have access to our physiological needs without causing harm to our fellow beings, irrespective of our sex, gender, caste, race or nation. There are several Nation of the world who ensures other higher order needs of a child as soon as he or she is born, including education, medical treatment and ensuring immunity of the child. As per Hinduism, the basic birth right of a new born is mother’s milk.
