Extreme fatigue
The experience of excessive tiredness can refer to extreme fatigue. Fatigue can be defined as a lingering feeling of tiredness which is constant and limiting. When one is fatigued, they have persistent, unexplained, and relapsing exhaustion. A feeling that one is running out of energy. With the experience of chronic fatigue, might be related to the disease of systemic exertion intolerance disease (SEID), where one upon waking up the morning feels that they have not slept, that in turn affects the functionality at office or productivity at home. A person might feel too exhausted even to manage your daily affairs. Here it should be mentioned, Fatigue can be the result of extreme work load, or very tight schedule as well.
