Fatty acid
There are certain particles which builds up the important biomolecules that are required for proper functioning of an organism. Fatty acids can be understood as the building blocks of the fat that are found in bodies and in the food that we eat. During the process of digestion, the body breaks down these fats into fatty acids, which are in a form that is absorbable by the blood. Fatty acid molecules are typically joined together in groups of three, forming a molecule that gives them the name triglyceride. The triglycerides are also manufactured in our bodies from the carbohydrates that we consume. The Fatty acids have several important functions in the human body, this includes but is not limited to the energy storage. If glucose, that is the prime source of energy in human beings is not available for energy, the body utilizes the fatty acids to fuel the cells in that case.
