Happiness is serious business. When you engage in positive real-life relationships, your body releases chemicals. That actually helps to reduce anxiety and increase concentration and focus.
How we feel and our attitude towards life all stem from our thoughts, actions and where we focus our time and energy.
You are constantly surrounded by negativity. If you want to change you have to create the change, and you start by choosing positivity and happiness.
