Homophobia
Homophobia is fear or negative feelings towards people who are identified as being Homosexual like lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender. Homophobia is defined as hatred or antipathy, may be based on irrational fear, and also sometimes related to religious beliefs.
Homophobia can be directed at anyone who experiences same sex sexual or romantic attraction. And it includes negative beliefs, attitudes towards people who experience same sex attraction. Feeling of fear, hatred and disgust aimed at people who experience same sex attraction. In their lifestyles and culture desires not to interact with or be near to the people who experience same sex attraction. Homophobia is an act of discrimination towards people who experience same sex attraction.
LGBTQ+ people are as always at risk for their personal safety, being kicked out of housing, being denied from their job or expelled from school, being denied services in restaurants or shops, being denied health care, being denied basic rights and freedoms including protection, hate crimes and even being killed all due to homophobia.
