Impulsive
A person can be correctly called impulsive when he or she acts upon a stimuli without considering the consequences of the situation. These people often takes up decision hastily. Impulsiveness is prevalent among children and adolescents, although it can also be seen among adults. Children suffering from attention deficiency or hyperactivity or both sometimes display impulsiveness. They are always on a go and are doing something or the other throughout the time. They cannot remain seated or finish one work at a time. These children usually get the diagnosis of ADHD, which is common in children, but deserves clinical attention to ensure it do not worsen with time.
Sometimes adults might come up with the complain of increased impulsive behaviour, which can be due to number of underlying reason including manic or hypomanic state. When people experience an elated mood, inflated esteem and increased energy state and display impulsive behaviour.
