Inflexible
A person can be called inflexible when he or she is not capable or is not interested in changing their thoughts, beliefs, behaviour or stand point. These people are not ready to accommodate new ideas into their existing ones and try to adhere to their personal feelings. In physiological sense, a person can be called inflexible when he or she is not capable of stretching their muscles to their maximum or even to the extent that fit human beings can achieve. They are physically not quite fit.
With inflexibility in thought, people find it difficult to adapt to the new situation that arises almost everyday in one’s life and tries to attend to the new life challenges with their old techniques, which sometimes might result in failure. To ensure healthy living and keep in track with the society, a person should keep oneself open and flexible to uphold well-being.
