Interpersonal conflict
An interpersonal relationship involves two person, who get connected with each other through interaction and their commitment to love and cooperate with each others. The two individual involved in a interpersonal relationship have their own needs which they seek to fulfil by cooperating with each other. In the process, they have to make a number of adjustments for proper cooperation and functioning of the relationship, when the adjustment fails and the needs are not realized by, the interpersonal conflicts arises.
These conflict can occur when the adjustments domains like adjustment to mate, sexual adjustment, Career adjustment and financial adjustment fails. Interpersonal conflict has often been understood as a predisposing as well as a precipitating factor in the picture and exhibition of psychopathology. Therefore, severe interpersonal conflicts which are often overlooked by society and perceived as something that is quite natural, deserves serious attention, both social and clinical.
