Morality
Morality can be understood as true morality, immorality and nonmorality. Based on the degree of moral maturity, individuals are classified as three types, viz, moral, immoral and non moral. True morality indicates the transition from external to internal authority, intrinsically motivated conformity of group norms, resistance to temptation, internalization of moral standards and judgements according to those standards or criteria. True morality develops through two sages: Development of moral behaviour and development of moral concept. Immorality refers to the failure to conform to group expectation. The behaviour of an immoral person is directed against the interest and welfare of the group. However, nonmorality lies between true morality and immorality and indicates not confirming to the moral codes due to the lack of knowledge.
There are three components of morality, they are emotional components, cognitive components and behavioural component. Traditionally though these have studied separately, they operate together.
