We call a person oriented when we see that the person has a defined goal or objective of life and is moving at a pace towards it. To put it in other way, different people might have different types of goal or objective in their lives, even for a single person, the meaning of a goal or objective changes from time to time, therefore, to be oriented means to have a clear direction of movement.
