Overvaluation
It is a tendency of a human being to associate value to everything they possess. This can be something materialistic, something that can be evaluate with in monetary terms or something abstract, like trust, honesty or loyalty, which do not possess monetary or materialistic value, but possess moral value that is subjective to every individual. Often, humans fail to evaluate the correct valuation of certain things, leading to a condition, where they might associate higher or lower value with it. When a certain thing is given much higher value than it should be given, the phenomena is termed as overvaluation. Overvaluation can result in certain problems which done in psychological premises of an individual. When a person associates higher values to things which he or she cannot control, can later face distress upon identifying that what they have over valuated have not turned up to the expectation of them.
