Practical
The word practical can have different meanings in different contexts. In general, a person is called practical when he or she possesses a strong reality orientation and an vivid understanding of the situation, therefore planning their future action based on that. Do do something practically indicates to the act of implementing some theory that was presupposed in the realistic field. For example, trails of vaccines are practical test of the theory that the vaccine can act as an insurance against infection. Practical testing is therefore the only way to find an evidence for a proposed hypothesis. In academic dictionary however, the word practical can be employed to indicate to any examination or part of lesson where the theories and procedures which are learned in the classes taken up the students are meant to be applied in the procedure of the actual making or doing of a certain specific thing.
