Provoke
The word provoke refers to the phenomena where a person or situation usually stimulate or incite another person, actively or passively to act or feel something in a specific way, this is especially done by arousing anger in them. A person can provoke a person to feel or act in a specific way for grossly two reasons. One, when the other person perceives that there is a need to bring about changes in the person’s behaviour for some their own betterment, in this context, provocation is involving the act of providing someone with extrinsic motivation. Or a person might also provoke another to bring about behaviour that is actually helpful for the person who is committing the act of provoking. In this case, the anger that arises in the person is misdirected towards their self, or the persons emotions are being mishandled. It’s aim is to lead to anger outburst.
