Punitive games
The word punitive games refers to punitive damages. Punitive damages refers to the legal recompense of which a defendant is held guilty of committing something wrong or offensive is ordered to pay on the top of the given compensatory damages. The people are awarded by the court of legislation when the compensatory damages are found to be insufficient. Punitive damages often goes beyond compensating the aggrieved party. They are specifically made for the purpose of punishing the defendants whose conduct is considered to be grossly intentional and negligent. The punitive damages are regarded as the exemplary damages especially when they are intended to set up an example so that they can deter others from committing similar acts.
