Resilience
Resilience is something that gives people ability or strength to deal with stress or bounce back from difficult times. It is mental reservoir of strength that makes people capable of carrying themselves in need without falling apart.
Resilience is a wonderful trait to have, something that can heal all wounds and right all wrongs. People with resilience are more capable to handle distress and emerge out stronger when they pass their bad phase. People who don’t have resilience often struggle in life and make unhealthy mechanisms to deal with difficulties of life. Resilience is related to plethora of positive outcomes.
Resilience doesn’t remove stress or difficulties of life. However, people with resilience have understanding that sometimes problems happen, they know life is not that easy. They still feel negative emotions during bad phases of their life, but their mental strength allows them to overcome those feelings.
