Scarcely believe
The act of hardly believing in something is termed as scarcely believing in it. These people can depict suspiciousness. To some extent it is an adaptive behaviour, as it confirms that a person is not accepting information or things from any person without the rational consideration. However, when this behaviour is over the bounds it is maladaptive and it is an important clinical feature of paranoid schizophrenia or paranoid personality disorder. Persons who are suffering from paranoid personality disorder are usually characterized by long-standing suspiciousness and mistrust towards most persons in general. They do not take up the responsibility for their own feelings and generally assign those responsibility on to others. These people are frequently hostile, often irritable, and at other times angry. Injustice collectors, pathologically jealous spouses, and litigious cranks usually have paranoid personality disorder. Patients diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia also find difficulty in believing in something.
