Social anxiety
Social anxiety is a perception about shortcomings in one self, that there is something embarrassing about us, so we try hard to hide it or else our deficiencies will be revealed in front if society and there is always a fear that we will be judges or rejected for it.
Social anxiety is something that is holding people back from making exciting life choices due to fear of criticism. Everyone experiences social anxiety differently, it can be triggered by wide range of situations, ranging from being part of group projects, public speaking, to making small talks within a group or going on a date.
People experience anxiety the most when they are anticipating that any social event is about to come. They start thinking through other people's heads and run through different scenarios that can go wrong. People with social anxiety try hard to get along with fellow humans.
