Social role enactment
As we are born, we are born in a family. A family is a primary group, where a person is born and learn interaction. Here a person first develop an understanding about his or her social roles are relationship. The relationships and roles that the person learns as he or she slowly learns interaction. At a steady pace they acquire their role in the family and act in an appropriate way. With this the initiation of social role enactment begins. As the society functions with its norms and conditions being intact, the roles of every individual is specified, and they are expected to act in certain way. However, it is not always expected and possible to act in the specified and stereotypical social role. It is often seen that there occurs a smooth blending of the roles depending upon the requirement of social situation and environmental demands.
