Socioeconomic is a subset of social science and economics. It is the status of social standing of a group or individual. It is mainly measured in terms of education, occupation and income. Socioeconomic focus on the relationship between economics and social behaviour.
Socioeconomics explains the behaviour and class of social groups, families and individuals. It is a combined total measure of sociological and economic status of a family's or individual's economic and social position in relation to others, based on occupational, educational and financial condition. The classes that we know about in society, as high class, middle class and lower class, these are divided by socioeconomic status.
Socioeconomic is mainly concerned about the connection between social behaviour and economical activities within a society. Specific goods or services can be unavailable to a particular group based on their social standing or class to afford them.
