Expressive language
The term Expressive language indicates to the human ability to communicate what they are thinking and feelings through words, sometimes through gestures, certain signs, and/or symbols of communication. Language is referred to as the use of an organized means of combining words in order to communicate with those around us. It also makes it possible to think about things and processes we currently cannot see, hear, feel, touch, or smell. Language can be broken down into smaller units. The smallest unit of speech sound is the phone, which is a single vocal sound. Morpheme is the smallest unit of meaning within a particular language. Syntax refers to the way in which words are put together to form sentences.
