Finger painting
Finger painting is a kind of painting that is intentionally done only with the use of fingers. It typically done with a non-toxic paint and is used by small children. However, it has been occasionally used by adults, sometimes to to teach art to children, and the other times for their own use. It has therapeutic benefits.
