Inconsistent
A person is termed as inconsistent when he or she is not able to continue with similar commitment or performance level for a relative amount of time. These people find it difficult to keep up with their resolutions and fails to adhere to the plan they have prior made or agreed to. Thereby leading to a condition where there remains no assurance about their consistency of performance or work.
There can be a range of reason for inconsistency which is witnessed in human beings, these can range from commitment phobia to laziness of the person. However, here it should be mentioned, motivation is the key factor that maintains the commitment or consistency of a person. If a person is kept motivated and grounded by internal and external source, they consistency of the person is ensured, which will lead to personal as well as professional goal achievement of the person.
