Hello! I am Ashima Sahore and I have a degree in MSc. Clinical Psychology. Over the past several years of my education, I have worked under various psychologists and in organizations that have helped me create a holistic and nurturing practice of therapy. My method of working involves a humanistic touch along with using the science behind what others think is just talking. I enjoy reading books, baking and cooking and making the most of the smallest moments. During my sessions, I view the client and their story not just from one perspective but take a bio-psych-social approach to better my understanding and interventions of what is suitable to them. I aim to create a safe space where all emotions, thoughts and feelings are accepted and worked through in a healthy and sustainable manner.
